Prohibited Uses:

• Sending advertising messages, marketing messages, bulk messages, offers, newsletters, introductory messages, or any content sent to multiple email addresses or different content messages for the purpose of promoting a commercial service through the email service.
• Using forum scripts or Cron tasks to collect article news or any content from other websites, RSS links, or similar sources.
• Misusing server resources, whether through website code, a large number of visitors, or any other reason.
• Impersonating company or institution names, using their logos, or publishing press content that contains copyright-protected materials.
• Sending unwanted messages or using code that causes misuse of server resources.
• Creating random, temporary, or fake email addresses.

Domain Expiration Stages:

After 30 days from the date: the domain enters the pre-deletion return stage.

The domain can only be renewed within 30 days from its expiration date.

On the expiration day: the domain and any services linked to it may continue working.

After the domain passes its expiration stage, the price of restoring or reserving the domain may differ from the renewal price.

If no payment is made, the domain enters the pre-deletion stage.

After 7 days from expiration: the domain may be deleted, and the process becomes subject to the company’s specific rules.

After 7 days from expiration, the domain may be renewed for a limited period and restored without additional fees during that time.

Subscribers are advised that cancellation of subscription, server return, or resale to the paying customer may be subject to deduction of license fees and setup fees, provided the request is made within a maximum of 72 hours from the refund request date.

The customer must provide real subscription data after the order exceeds 24 hours from the order time.

The customer has the right to request a refund for shared hosting within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of the request, with domain fees deducted if applicable.

Domain fees are non-refundable. Therefore, if the request is rejected, used, or previously accepted, the full domain fee will be deducted from the amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded, even if a previous condition occurred or the domain price calculation failed without any applied discount.

Package Policies:

Packages that cause increased website resource usage must necessarily be upgraded to a raw virtual private server VPS or a dedicated server.

Resource Overuse:

If resources are exceeded, whether in shared hosting, reseller hosting, or servers, the customer will be notified of the need to upgrade the package. The customer must take the appropriate action as soon as possible to avoid service suspension.

Service Suspension Stages:

If the hosting is not renewed within 5 days from the expiration date, the hosting will be permanently suspended, all related files will be deleted, and these files will no longer be recoverable after that.

VPS Service Policy:

If the VPS server fee is not paid, the server will be suspended after 24 hours from the payment due date.

The customer may request server restoration related to payment, and only upon management approval. If approval is not granted, the server will be permanently deleted.

Email Hosting and Domain Hosting Services:

The same expiration policy for hosting applies to email hosting services and domain services.

Data Restoration:

If the data still exists on our servers after the suspension period and the customer requests restoration, additional fees will be added based on the size of the required data.

Customer Responsibility for Hosted Servers:

Servers hosted with external companies are fully the responsibility of the customer regarding internal data, software, and settings. The company does not bear any responsibility for data content, software installed on the servers, or any operations performed on them.

In addition, responsibility for data backups lies entirely with the customer. The customer must take regular backups of their data to ensure it is not lost, especially if they are not subscribed to one of our backup packages.

We prohibit hosting the following content or anything related to it:

• Pornographic, immoral, or content that incites violence.
• Hacking, spying, fraud, or information collection.
• All malware, viruses, Trojans, and proxies.
• Drugs or published materials without the approval of their owners, such as videos, audio, and others.
• Chat scripts, hacking scripts, and social networking scripts.
• URL shorteners or tracking scripts.
• Digital currencies or mining.
• Content that violates or conflicts with religious beliefs, sacred values, or any religious community.
• Content that contains laws, invitations, calls, or local slogans.
• Websites that contain incitement against a sect, group, or institution.
• Using websites for any fraudulent activities, deception, vote manipulation, or any illegal practice or trade.
• Landing pages, affiliate marketing, or advertising networks.
• Gambling websites, competitions, discounts, and offers.
• Visitor, survey, and profit websites.
• Offensive websites that violate or help violate copyright or trademark rights.
• Live streaming without broadcasting rights, or rebroadcasting videos from YouTube or other platforms instead of uploading and hosting them on the server.
• You may subscribe to licensed live streaming websites and link them to your website.
• You may subscribe to websites for your channels, movies, or series and link them to your website only.
• You may subscribe to file storage websites and link them to your website only.
